Caren holds a BA degree from D’Youville College, Buffalo, NY. She is an interfaith minister and owns Heart Wings Healing; is a speaker and holds certifications as a Life Coach, Stress Management Consultant, Heal Your Life Workshop Leader (based on the philosophy of Louise L Hay), Laughter Leader and Reiki Master- Teacher. Caren has been interviewed by print, radio and television media. Among others, she has been a guest of NY State Senator Antoine Thompson’s radio program, Western New York on the Move. Caren’s most recent accomplishment is as an author in Pearls of Wisdom – a Second Strand, an anthology compiled by Patricia Crane, PhD and Rick Nichols. |

Caren lives in integrity with what she teaches. For many years, |
she thought – like many – that the answers to life’s challenges were found in external sources. Caren has learned, however, after many workshops, books, tapes and teachers - that the answers to one’s questions are found in one’s own inner wisdom! Caren teaches from experience that life’s challenges are one’s greatest opportunities for growth and expansion.
Now is the time for this gifted teacher and healer to share what she has learned with fellow travelers on the journey so they may experience greater happiness, love, health and wealth in life. Caren considers it a privilege to support another human being on his/her journey as sometimes frightened, uptight, stressed out, confused, unclear, overwhelmed, unhappy caterpillars, uncomfortable in their cocoons, discover that he/she was a BUTTERFLY all along! How wonderful is the gift of transformation available to all of us!
